Each shirt is printed after you order it (2 to 5 business days), then shipped by U.S. standard shipping (3 to 5 business days). You get a tracking number when it ships.

$5.99 standard shipping in the U.S. We only ship to U.S. addresses for now.

Order by October 21 for the best chance of Halloween delivery in the U.S. Delivery times are estimates from our print partner and the carrier, not a guarantee.

Because each shirt is printed just for you, we can’t take returns or give refunds for a change of mind. If the size is wrong, we’ll send the right one free (next question).

Wrong size? We’ll send the right one free. Email support@porchlighttees.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need, and we’ll print and ship the new size at no charge. Keep the first one; there’s nothing to send back. One free size swap per order.

Email support@porchlighttees.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll replace it free or refund you.

Email support@porchlighttees.com within 2 hours of ordering and we can change the address, size or color, or cancel and refund it, before it goes to print. After that it may already be printing, but write anyway and we’ll do what we can. A shirt you add from the thank-you page joins the same order and follows the same rules.

When you buy, Stripe collects your name, email, shipping address and payment details to take the payment. We receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. We never see or store your full card number.

Stripe for the payment, our print partner to print and ship your shirts to your address, Meta to measure our ads (below), and our email service to send our emails. We don’t sell your information.

Yes, the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta which pages you visit here, what you add to your cart and when you buy, with the order’s value. When you buy, our server also sends Meta that purchase, with details that help match it to an ad: your browser’s Meta cookie and, scrambled first, contact details such as your email. We use it only to see which ads work and to show them to people likely to want them. We also use Google’s tag for Google Ads the same way: it tells Google which pages you visit and when you buy, with the order number and value, so we can see which Google ads lead to orders.

Block or clear cookies and site data for this site in your browser settings, or use a browser or extension that blocks trackers. On Facebook or Instagram, go to Accounts Center, then Ad preferences, to limit how activity from other websites shapes the ads you see. For Google, use My Ad Center (myadcenter.google.com).

About your order, yes (your receipt and shipping). We also send our letters and offers if you tick the box to get emails when you pay. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
